About Bonanno's Bagels
Welcome to Bonanno's Bagels! My passion for cooking began in middle school when my dad opened his first deli in Sarasota. Inspired by his culinary creativity, I pursued a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Florida. After his passing in 2014, I decided to continue his legacy in the hospitality industry working for Fortune 500 companies such as : Southwest Airlines, Hilton Hotels, Aramark and Compass Group. When it came to naming my food truck, I figured no better way to honor my dad's culinary legacy by naming the truck after our family name Bonanno.
Our food truck is a tribute to the culinary traditions my dad and I cherished, infused with my combined Italian and Cuban roots. We serve mouthwatering bagels and a variety of coffee beverages, reflecting our love for a good NY bagel with a thick layer of house-made schmears!
