Bonanno's Bagels is a New York–style bagel and coffee concept serving Sarasota from a compact 5x8 food trailer, known for its bold flavors, signature drinks, and strong community following.

Rooted in classic New York deli culture, our menu features freshly crafted bagels, house-made schmears, and a flavor-forward coffee program designed to stand out. What started as pop-ups and market mornings has grown into a highly sought-after brand across the Sarasota area.

In 2026, Bonanno's Bagels was honored with Platinum for Best Local Bagel and Silver for Best Local Food Truck in SRQ Magazine's Best of Local Awards — a true reflection of the support from our community.

For the summer season, you can find us indoors at Mae Reid Mercantile, offering a curated, walk-up café experience Monday through Saturday from 9AM–1PM, closed Sundays. Staring June 8th
